The Way We Use Information

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about customers or former customers to outside parties except to the extent necessary to attempt to complete the loan you have requested or to service a loan (collect the payments and provide reports to you and the lender). We may also disclose nonpublic personal information as permitted or required by law. In particular, we will disclose information we collect to:

• One or more credit unions or other lenders in order to determine if you qualify for financing; and
• Our affiliates which may process and service your loan.

Persons or entities to which we disclose nonpublic personal information as part of our efforts to supply you with financial products and services are prohibited from disclosing that information except as necessary to help to complete your transaction. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to others for marketing purposes. We will never use or share the personally identifiable information you provide to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Privacy Procedures and Uses of Your Information

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees who have a need to know that information to provide our products and services to you. In order to provide you with the products and services you have requested or authorized, your information is disclosed as permitted by law to the credit union, bank or other lender which is considering your loan application, to the insurance company considering providing insurance, to a loan processing and/or servicing agent, and affiliates of Aimbridge.

Otherwise, we do not release your nonpublic personal information to unaffiliated third parties. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
